Monthly Rates

  • Standard and Premium RV Sites Range Between $600 - $700
  • Motel Rooms: $900
  • Garbage and water services are included in monthly rate.
  • Metered electricity and sewer is payable separately once a month by the tenant.
  • A credit/background check is required to qualify for a Monthly space.
  • RV’s must be model year 2010 or newer
